Establish a shuttle service to regional transit hubs, commercial centers, or residential areas. Shuttle service should be provided free of charge to residents, employees, and guests. Alternatively, a project site may buy into a shuttle consortium with neighboring developments to pool resources and run shuttle services to multiple nearby sites. Developers may also fund enhanced transit service to/from their project site in collaboration with SamTrans.
