High Quality Transit

“High quality” transit is defined as:

A transit station or stop featuring maximum 15-minute service frequency (headways) during weekday peak hours between 6-10 a.m. and 3-7 p.m.

The TDM Checklist categorizes development based on distance to “high quality” transit. Some measures apply differently depending on which category the project falls into.
